I'm Sheila. As an Impact Coordinator at a small nonprofit and former teacher, I taught myself Airtable to untangle our scattered data — and discovered I love helping other people learn it just as much.

It started with listening.

A self-taught start

When I became an Impact Coordinator, our records lived everywhere. I brought them into one connected Airtable base and saw how much calmer work became.

I kept going: automations, interfaces, a full data migration. In September 2026 I earned my Airtable Builder certification — proof that patient, steady learning works.
